I found this recipe and it quickly became a staple in my cooking. My aunt requests it frequently.
This is such an easy recipe and it’s Paleo approved. The honey causes a challenge for strict Keto followers.
You can put this sauce on ANYTHING … fish, chicken, potatoes, etc. I love it on cauliflower with a spicier kick.
Here’s the basic recipe I follow — but add more pepper and sriracha if no one else is eating it, except for me.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons or so sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne (or use smoked paprika for a milder version)
- juice of 1 lemon
- garlic cloves
- pepper to taste
Alternatives:
red pepper flakes
Sour cream (for a creamier version)
Harissa
Sweet Chili sauce instead of honey
Mix with the cauliflower
Roast on 425 for 30 mins or until it is at the desired level of roasted
