Great question!
I am a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and SUNY Purchase College. I’m also a member of the International Association of Health Coaches and a graduate of Penn Foster Career School’s Health and Wellness program.

The most noticeable difference you’ll find in working with me is that I have a lot of personal experience in this field, as well as professional experience. I’m not one of those people who has lost just a few pounds and maintained it. I was overweight for most of my life until I discovered the habits and lifestyle changes I’m here to teach to you. I still have my ups and downs, like you will, but I can keep the downs from controlling me.
I’ve also worked in high-stress careers as a producer for E! Networks, Fox, CBS, NBC, CNN, and more. Working in a high-stress environment is not new for me, so I know what you’re going through as a high-powered professional or entrepreneur.
On top of that, I’m also not going to try to sell you on all the same old methods that don’t work. Albert Einstein said, “Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is insanity,” so why do we think that diets and forcing ourselves to exercise is ever going to get us what we want? There’s no real timeline for results. Every individual’s journey is unique. Some clients lose weight right away, while others don’t see results on the scale until a few weeks or months after making the internal shifts.
