I needed a quick appetizer for an event and this was so easy! It fit the bill and was delicious.
3 cloves Garlic
2 lbs Mushrooms
1/2 tsp Thyme
3 tbsp Burgundy Cooking Wine (use Balsamic vinegar for a darker, richer taste/look)
2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminios, Tamari or Low Sodium Soy sauce
Fresh black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Clean dirt from mushrooms and place in big bowl
Add to small bowl with remaining ingredients
Pour liquid over mushrooms and toss to combine
Place mushrooms in baking dish
Bake on 400 for 20 mins, make sure to stir halfway
